Front Door Package, effective Upon acceptance
Parties
This agreement is between Forge and Shawarma Empire ("Client").
Project
Front Door Package for $3,997 CAD, paid before work begins.
Forge will deliver
- Custom website with online ordering
- Halal and local SEO setup
- Google review integration
- Mobile-first responsive build
- Launch support and a 30-day check-in
Timeline
Live in 5-7 business days
Client agrees to provide
Menu items and pricing, food photography (or access for Forge to shoot it), business hours, and login access to any existing listings (Google Business Profile, Instagram).
Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included before launch. Additional rounds billed at an hourly rate agreed in writing.
Not included unless agreed in writing
Paid ad management, third-party delivery platform commissions, and custom photography/videography beyond what's listed above.
Ownership
Client owns all final deliverables (site content, domain, images) upon full payment. Forge retains the right to display the work in its own portfolio.
Results
Forge does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, orders, or revenue.
Acceptance
By checking the agreement box and completing payment, Client agrees to these terms.
